Delicious and tender and wonderful portions. . Dusted with flour and pan fried with butter. And served with a sauce made in frying pan with veal juices with lemon juice, lemon zest, a dash of chicken stock, chopped capers and parsley. Perfect
Enjoyed having these with some cheese. I then had some with honey. Very tasty, and would purchase again.

We used to have this years ago and it's lovely to find it again. Egg and breadcrumbs and a quick fry. Squeeze of lemon is good on it.
Tender, not must cooking needed, goes well with honey/mustard/muscavado sugar coating
Oh my goodness, this was lovely. Dried and salted it, then popped in the oven on high. Just before serving I cut off the fat underneath and out it back in the oven with crackling for a few minutes. Lucky I had portioned it first or there would have been a fight for it!
Very solid and meaty. Lovely lot of fat and skin, often cut off nowadays. Took longer to cook than usual but worth the wait.
Expensive but there is no waste. Very tender and tasty. Best of all the steaks.
On the bone which is best for roasting. Very tasty and tender. Outside comes up lovely and crisp.
Good quality, very little waste. Just cook long and slow. Old fashioned meat that has become fashionable & more pricey. Must have lots of gravy and dumplings.
This joint was so full of flavour just like good meat used to taste.
