I am a very new customer, I've ordered several items, this is the first that we have tried so far. Everything about the meat, and the ordering and the delivery, has been absolutely perfect! This joint roasted to perfection in our dear old Rayburn, and eating the final product was as close to heavenly as you can get whilst eating a roast beef dinner! Highly recommended! And looking forward to sampling the other items in this order...
Had a problem receiving order as courier didn't turn up and had to wait further 6 days for order. When the order arrived we were happy with the birds, good size, plump breasts. Going to give one as a gift and cook the other with a poussin. Lovely roast lunch for 4.
Gorgeous flavoursome meat, and enough meat on each hock for two meals. Both the green and smoked hock were delicious and the dogs loved the bones too. Happy family !
I cooked this in a curry sauce in a slow cooker and it was delicious, would definitely buy again

Bone broth makes an excellent base for soup and has many health benefits. Chicken feet are my secret ingredient to achieve a really gelatinous (when refrigerated) broth which is highly nutritious. Great for gut health, joints, skin and hair.

The kidney arrived with the beef….I wasted no time in making steak and kidney puddings for myself and ny neighbours. They were lush.
