This gammon was, without doubt, the best piece of gammon we’ve ever tasted. It was succulent, sweet, smoky. Was like the gammon you used to be able to buy years ago. This will be our go to purchase now and we’re going to order and try other items in the new year as it was that good. Everyone just raved about it.
We very much enjoyed our duck, it was delivered on time and as expected, it cooked well and made an excellent Christmas meal

We had a 3.5 kilo chicken, it was just perfect! Beautiful tender meat, and lots of it.

I’ve only sampled a small slice of this as it is for Christmas Day, but it has knockout flavour. It will go down a treat. Cooked it sous vide with a few aromatics for 16 hours at 63 degrees and then glazed it and blasted it in the air fryer to caramelise the glaze. Absolutely delicious. I will order this again for sure. This ain’t no ordinary ham.
