Excellent and generous components. It all worked perfectly and was delicious.
The calves liver came well packaged and is fresh without too many tube holes. It was somewhat unevenly cut so cooking times made it very difficult to have it all ready for five people without risking some being over cooked and leather like or being too raw and off-putting.
It came well packaged, with neck, heart,liver etc., packaged separtely. I used a 10%brine for one hour and slow roasted at 160° for about 1h15m and rested for 30 + mins. nicely moist with minimal weight loss.
Delicious sausage roll, bit small. An extra inch would be nice.

Craig loved Kimber's Farm Shop ribs that get a lot of barbecue. Craig licks his fingers when he gets through. He is a big rib fan. If someone messed with Craig's ribs. A fork might stab their hand. For Kimber's Farm Shop ribs, Craig might be called needy. But Craig is just a pig so greedy.
Even with my experience, they were not easy to prep an remove membrane. OK for me, but some may find too chewy.
As a butcher with 40 yrs in food trade, this is the best pre prepped steak I have ever bought. Near perfectly trimmed, de-grissled, even thickness throughout. A delicious steak, Faultless!
Made into mutton saag. Cooked for 3 hrs but just delightful
Cooked for just under 5hrs at 140 degrees. Just fell off the bone. Amazing flavour
