To make a traditional pea and ham soup, this is just what you need. Beautiful, basic, honest food using lovely free-range pork. It was yummy.

The pork and apple sausages are our favourites. The butchers were very helpful, and happy to make these on request. We're very grateful. Sausages without fillers and preservatives are hard to come by!
