We really enjoyed this joint of bacon over Christmas. We were bought up on boiled bacon, but unfortunately finding places that sell it is rare. The service was great and arrived when stated. It was well packed, and tasted great. Will certainly use again.
This is good with the livers to make a lovely stew. Enjoyed every morsel.

I always have my meat cold. This pork was beautiful. Plenty of fat came off for dripping.
