This is the second time that I have bought this and it certainly won't be the last. The beef is full of flavour and after slow cooking just melts in the mouth. Best chuck beef I have ever had.

When I looked at the marbling of the steak it reminded me of wagu beef, I knew I was in for a treat and i wasn’t wrong . Rubbed them with a bit of mustard and sprinkled with a little spice and they were absolutely amazing
