I stuffed mine and wrapped in Bacon and roasted covered until almost cooked then opened up to crisp the bacon. Very filling. My daughter flashed fried as slices with the kidneys
Proper old fashioned black pud, not grainy like the ones today which are full of filler, mainly pearl barley, gritty. These are tasty, not over salted or herby. Usually 3 in a pack, give them a go. All vacuum packed with a nice long best before date. You can freeze of course.
Bought for my daughter who is a big offal fan. Some of the best. Unusual to have the fat on too but think this helps keep them fresh and if you wanted the suet for a pudding
Used this to wrap my lambs hearts, cut finely too so crisps up nicely as the balance of fat to lean is good.
