I adore Kimbers milk, the best I have ever tasted, love the cream at the top like when I was a kid. The milk has such a wonderful flavor as well as a creaminess that is missing from shop bought milk
Good quality produce
Made a rich chicken stock and then flaked the flesh into some cooked pasta, stirred in some cream and black pepper for a fantastic tasting supper.
Normally we boil these but decided to slow roast instead. Taste was fantastic AND we got crackling as well!
