This was a gift for my father 91st birthday. This is an extract from his email: It reminded us of days long ago when hens roamed in fields, and bacon was not spliced with a scalpel, and black puddings shifted about like canon balls. The farmer deserves a medal for the quality of his food and the way it was packed. I think I can safely say he enjoyed it!

I've heard of the many health benefits of drinking unpasteurised milk but have been a little afraid to try it! I started small and have ordered 3L now. I love the delicate taste of it. I expected it to be really heavy or buttery but it's a very smooth, light, refreshing taste. Really lovely and good for you.
