The kidney looked rather small in its vacuum pack but once opened it easily served two. Cooked with mushrooms and served as a pasta sauce. Lovely.
The two tongues on the special offer were small - so they didn't fit snugly into the tongue press although they came out alright. They were also very salty. I think most slated tongues nowadays don't need soaking so in future I would soak them first like I used to, The flavour was good and they were tender.

All items come packed in polystyrene and freezer cubes so they're always fresh.
I've had guanciale from Kimbers before. The taste is great and I know it's mostly fat but the last couple of pieces I had there was very little meat on.
