This was the first time we have had veal sirloin steak, but it won't be the last time. Cooked it the same as beef steak and it was gorgeous.
Excellent, I have bought individual fillets elsewhere but as I like mine medium sometimes with the thickness they are still raw in the middle but this way buying the whole fillet I cut them to my choice,happy days

Not to be confused with the average supermarket product. This fine example doesn't have that plastic skin and doesn't dry out the moment it even senses the heat of the pan, but remains quite soft and tender. The flavouring balance is excellent. Presumably NOT made with freeze-dried blood imported from who knows where? (tastes too good for that). Have yet to try after freezing, though.
