We cooked the diced goat in a slow cook and it made a fabulous stew. We also used it in a casserole and a curry. They all were melt in the mouth.
We had the veal escalope last week and it was so tender it melted in your mouth.
We had the goat leg joint roast. It was very succulent. We made a curry with the leftovers and that was lovely too.

Excellent flavour and would definitely buy again although the two large pieces had a lot of fat on them, I had to trim some before slow cooking.
