Once you've tasted it raw, the swill from the supermarket won't even seem like milk. The fact that the latter is even seen as the same thing is as baffling as it is ironic. Then again, people think oat and soy can be 'milk' these days. I noticed having three 2L bottles that once I got to the third it had become even creamier. Truly damn delicious. I also drink it with raw eggs as an morning eggshake. The cheese and bacon are equally sublime. Thoroughly recommend. So many uses for the lardon. Omelettes, croquettas and even on there own for a snack as the bacon is dry cured. So for example Spain enjoys Jamon Serrano (dry cured pork) which they carve and plate for a tappa. You can do the same with this and enjoy a remarkable flavoursome snack. Really great. Good size sausage. 85% pork and extremely flavoursome. Excellent and as James Martin would say. A "proper" breakfast sausage.
Most people view the fat as something bad but that's wrong thinking. This beautiful pork chop is as it should be. Very tasty and the fat renders down leaving one of the most tasty chops you'll experience. We cut off the rind leaving the fat on the chop and render the rind before salting it and giving it a 10/15 minute blast in a hot oven giving you the most amazing pork crackling to go with the chop. I've only given it 4* because Iberico pork or Middle White have an intense flavor hard to beat but we'll certainly buy this beautiful pork chop again without hesitation
Good Aberdeen Angus ribeye is amazing but following on its tail is this beef steak for slow cooking. So flavoursome and probably some of the best you'll experience
We asked if we could have a slightly thicker cut of streaky bacon with rind on and guess what? That's what we got:) The flavor is amazing and finally we've found a supplier who can provide bacon as it use to be. It's surprising just how many suppliers just do not provide bacon with a rind and yet that's the tastiest part. It's so strange when hardly anybody asks for a pork chop without the crackling, yet when it comes to bacon they don't want it. Well done Kimbers Farm. We'll be back for more for sure:))
