Flour, egg and breadcrumbs, and fried in butter. Absolutely wonderful.
Made a blanquette type dish, absolutely melt in the mouth.
Made a delicious beef shin casserole, the meat was sublimely soft and just melted. Also it contributed to a fabulous gravy.
A lovely hock with cooked and is eating well. Last night with asparagus and pasta in a light cream sauce. Tomorrow with lentils perhaps.
Beautiful chops which I cooked in a pan with rosemary and finished with butter and lemon juice. Simple but delicious, I shall order again.
I was a little disappointed that the wings were quite few. However, they were very delicious and enjoyed them !
The chicken carcass was a reasonable size and ideal for bone broth although I think they were quite small.
The duck carcass was larger than expected and had plenty of meat!
I bought the chicken feet for making some bone broth. I love that they were organic and clean and delicious !
