Great discovery that veal can be bought in the UK. The sirloin was tasty and tender. What more can you ask. Looking forward to trying the escalopes.

Good price for well hung skirt. Plenty of flavour. Dry marinated with spices, not seated and then placed in oven for 10 minutes. Sliced against the grain. A real treat
We have a Hungarian recipe for this, a kind of stew, it's very delicious and healthy as full with collagen. I used pressure cooker as made the process quick enough. I shall order trotters again.
