There is never enough crackling to go around when belly pork is on the menu, so this is a great addition to keep everybody happy.
Consistently good belly pork that provides the right amount of fat and lean meat. The skin, for crackling, is smooth and creamy, just right for crisp and crunchy crackling, unlike some of the dark leathery skin some butchers sell which gives inedible, hard and chewy crackling. 👍

Bought for stock (gelatinous) but good to nibble on when cooked.
Some used for stock, others cooked for eating in Chinese spices in my pressure cooker(softens the bones) and then served in a sticky Chinese sauce. As per title, brilliant.

I ordered one kilo of mutton to cook an Irish stew for St Patrick’s day. The website was easy to navigate and I found what I was after easily. The price was very competitive. The delivery was bang on time, the day before the big day. The mutton cooked really well in the slow cooker and my guests were delighted with its melt in the mouth texture. Would definitely recommend this product and the website to all.
