Shame the thermal packaging isn’t recyclable like wool is, which is also truly sustainable(unlike any recycled plastic.

Oiled and salt and peppered the steaks at room temp into a dry hot pan with no extra oil. 5 mins per side initially then 2 minutes per side. Then put the steak on a warm plate to rest for 5 minutes and serve. Magnificent. Thanks.
