The chicken feet I made stock full of collagen for soups and pies. The feet from the stock I lathered in teryaki sauce and roasted until crisp. Delicious
Appreciate that this comes already cleaned and (?) bleached; I do know how to clean tripe but this saves a lot of work and hassle.
Come well- cleaned, in a good but manageable quantity.
Will be baked and spread on toast... yum!

Cut in half for single meal, but cooked both different ways and both delicious.
So many uses for the lardon. Omelettes, croquettas and even on there own for a snack as the bacon is dry cured. So for example Spain enjoys Jamon Serrano (dry cured pork) which they carve and plate for a tappa. You can do the same with this and enjoy a remarkable flavoursome snack. Really great.
