Delighted with this cheese. Never had it before but it is definitely now a favourite of mine. I find all the cheeses delivered had short dates. Unfortunate for me as there is only me and the cheese items don’t freeze well
Disappointed to discover only 2 slices no3 as stated in description. This belly pork has a wonderful flavour and slow cooking releases loads of fat to add flavour to roasting other things

Clearly made with fresh blood, and laded with lovely chunks of pig fat, this is heaven. My favourite breakfast is now scrambled eggs on two black puddings
~I slice them in half,length ways,and remove as much of the small (fat/tissue) piece.Fry them quickish and have on toast.Lovely taste and a magic lunch or supper.
