I have been searching locally to where I live for decent bacon, largely without much success. After searching on Google and finding Kimbers Farm Shop, and discovering they sell collar bacon, I placed an order and chose my delivery day. My order arrived as scheduled, it was well packed and still cool. This bacon is what I've been looking for! Delicious! A good quantity supplied within each sealed pack, with a nice long use by date. I have tried one pack by frying and another by grilling. No oil was required for either options. My personal preference was the flavour achieved by grilling, although frying worked just fine, I found low and slow was key! I will certainly be buying more again.

Packed with flavour I haven't had for years from store bought bacon. Totally elevated my carbonara to a new and much improved level. Another one for my shopping basket on a regular basis!
