The person who received this gift, was very impressed by: a) it arrived when promised by Kimbers in the face of Christmas rush b) it was very well packed c) the giblets were in a separate bag d) the bird was good quality & made a very good roast. The only complaint was that the liver was missing from the giblets so the gravy did not quite have the desired fullness of flavour.

We celebrated Christmas with roast goose and the family thoroughly enjoyed it. We used the goose fat for the roast potatoes and had plenty of crispy skin for everybody.

Over the years I have ordered and cooked and eaten many organic and humanely reared turkeys from various parts of England. This year, the turkey from Kimbers was the best I have tasted in a long while, full of flavour, succulent and yielding a lovely giblet gravy a la Delia
This was the first time we ordered a Christmas goose from Kimber’s Farm. It was well-packed, good quality and arrived on time. We roasted it with stuffing and it was really delicious. Sorry, we started eating it before we could take a photo... thanks for the excellent service and produce.
Delicious and great quality. Had it roasted on Christmas Day and the leftovers in a Thai red curry. Yum!
I ordered this gammon for our Christmas dinner this year and it was perfect! I used a tried and tested recipe for Coca Cola ham and the gammon cooked perfectly! Will definitely be ordering again

Probably the best chicken we have ever eaten. Succulent, moist and full of flavour. Excellent cold as well and the giblets are a welcome bonus for gravy.
