Lambs Sweetbreads are difficult to find so I was delighted when I found Kimbers.I clean them them marinate them in beateb egg and garlic for several hours. I then coat them in Panko bread crumbs. Gently fry in Olive oil with a knob of butter until golden. Crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside. Serve with broccoli and buttery mash.Enjoy.

I can honestly say that I have already become a regular customer due to the excellent product quality, and also the exceptionally fair price. We have tried a number of Raw Milk brands, Kimber's is definitely our favourite, for the stated reasons.
The book bones have plenty of marrow and they taste great!! I greatly recommend and I will order it again this time I will buy an ox tail as well for the soup! Thank you!
You can really tell the difference with this meat and meat from the supermarket. There are loads and it tastes fantastic. We’ve had a leg of lamb, loin chops and they are amazing. 100%will buy again!!!
Cooked these up for me, my partner and 2 kids. Delicious. Best steak I have ever had and was easy to cook too.
