The pork and apple sausages are our favourites. The butchers were very helpful, and happy to make these on request. We're very grateful. Sausages without fillers and preservatives are hard to come by!

I don't usually go fo pork because I don't like the smell, but this crackling was incredibly delicious and didn't smell at all which is unusual. I would definitely buy again.
