It’s difficult to find fresh turkey outside of Christmas time, which is particularly a challenge for this American who celebrates Thanksgiving near the end of November. For the third year in a row, I have been able to get fresh turkeys in the weight I desire in time for Thanksgiving. And the meat tastes amazing! Turkeys that are organically raised and free ranging are also the tastiest. Nothing but high praise for Kimber’s farm and farm shop.

We dusted in seasoned flour and fried 7 served with lemon caper and parsley butter. They seem to freeze well.
Not too stinky from what I remember & not too big.
We haven't tried this latest batch, but if anything like the last, which we eat after being in the freezer for 3 months, this is very good butter.
Bit more freezer old than others we have had before, which were superb. A handy size for a tasty meal for two, if you don't want to stuff yourselves with an unhealthy amount to eat. Also quicker to cook.

You cannot beat raw milk for taste. Absolutely delicious. I drink a glass every morning, it promotes good gut health, and my stomach thanks me for it.
So amazing yogurt, maybe best in my life , but I’m so waiting for unpasteurized milk in stock
