These were outstanding. No shrinkage, tender juicy meat. I stuffed them with sundried tomato, chorizo, butter and garlic, wrapped them in stretched out streaky bacon, roSted for 20 mins and served with a white wine and cream jus made with the roasting juices. Brilliant.
Just cutting this up I could see the quality. It browned beautifully and the resulting beef casserole was gorgeous
Haven't actually cooked it yet...ordered it to put in freezer for my return from holiday but certainly looked like a quality bird so looking forward to roasting it on Sunday
