Flavour is good but, for five stars, I would like the consistency to be slightly more coarse and moist.
Used to make Saltimbocca alla Romana. Despite bashing and flattening as recommended the meat remained quite chewy - although well-flavoured.
Probably needed little longer cooking but was still very enjoyable.
I can't fault this steak, grass finished beef at this weight and price provides amazing value money! Thank you Kimbers! Oh yeah!

a repeat order for your rose veal so have no reason to expect anything else but very good

I usually buy this type of meat from Italy by post which is expensive. I thought I would try yours this time. While it was good and a much faster delivery and cheaper, it wasn’t as good as the Italian product. It did not produce the same depth of flavour. I’ve no idea why, I’m no professional cook, but something I do know Italian food is better if you use the best product you can get. So this is not meant to be a bad review but you asked for my opinion so you can address issues.

I did this for dinner today and it was scrummy. Better than the supermarket especially as most of them don't stock it. Will definitely have more.
