Had a couple which were slow cooked with spices and then added to a curry.
Each "500g fillet" of venison backstrap was slightly heavier than ordered, so excellent value and most importantly it was tender and tasty served as a wellington.
Sunday Lunch with friends, Roast Beef & Yorkshire pudding. The beef was tender, flavoursome, melting in the mouth, the rendered fat made the best Yorkshire What’s not to like?
