I originally bought these as an extra for Italian dishes and stews, that required pancetta or other porky ingredients. Less fatty than many commercial "lardons", and perfect in stews, etc. THEN... I had a friend to stay and had everything for breakfast apart from bacon. I wish I could copyright this... creamy scrambled egg, sourdough toast, Kimbers black pudding, crispy lardons scattered on top... just add roast tomatoes and mushrooms. Possibly better than actual bacon. You're all welcome :D x
Middle marrow bones are exceptional dog treats, as it takes time to empty the marrow canal. These are superb for human recipes, too, In Vienna, one of most renowned restaurants bases nearly all of their recipes on marrow. A hugely underrated ingredient here in the UK. Wonderful quality from Kimbers!
Always a great selection of seasonal veg. We no longer buy supermarket veg. As this is seasonal, we often buy cuts to complement the veg we have, in order to have the best seasonal meal. Way to superior to any supermarket veg... in both quality and flavour.
Sear on a high heat for a bout 2 mins a side, then REST. Perfect for any special occasion - dinner party, birthday, anniversary, Friday, Weekend, any day that ends with a y! A perfect treat any time you need it <3
I won't lie, most of these go to our dogs for treats. They absolutely adore them. Full of collagen, fresh, healthy... any leftover make a flavoursome stock too! Hahaha
I can't go back now that I have tried this milk. It is gorgeous. I had to experiment with quantities due to the minimum order. I found 6 x 1l works better for us (freezing and defrosting as we go), than 4 x 2l, but if our daily usage should change, I would order either.
Can't say more. Everyone I have served this to agrees. If you like black pudding, you will LOVE this.
The usual Kimbers high standard in a cut that can be cooked anytime. We had these as a mid-week dinner. Roasted with just a bit of smoked paprika, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper, olive oil for seasoning. So good with a salad if you don't fancy a gravy dinner.
I wish I had taken a photo. Recently ordered for my friend's birthday weekend. Not a morsel left over for our dogs. Highly recommended!

These beef sausages are gorgeous, and work in pretty much any "sausage" recipe. Sausage stew... even better with beef sausages, full breakfast... just as good if not better than pork on a mixed plate, toad in the hole with a twist, or just a sausage and mustard sandwich. I LOVE these sausages <3
