I bought the fillets to cook Delias Greek lamb with garlic and lemon,OMG it was delicious, wish I'd taken a photo. The fillets were so different to the skinny fillets that are available at supermarkets. I just had a feeling that your fillets were from older lambs, so bigger and with more flavour, I will definitely buy again, I have enough to cook the recipe again, I will take a photo!
