I realise its probably a packaging issue, but the rib bone is cut to about one inch protruding from the meat. A Tomahawk is all about the presentation and this was disappointing, more like Timmyhawk. That said, the meat was bang on point and cooked to perfection

Leg of lamb was the first to be used from our order it was very tender and tasty , first day Sunday lunch roasted then cold the next day, we did manage to squeeze enough to make a shepherd's pie. Very good value and tasty.

Grew up on proper, real, unadulterated milk like this: but it's unfortunately become hard to find nowadays, particularly in our part of the world (without travelling vast distances to collect in-person). This stuff from Kimbers' girls is, frankly, beautiful. Doesn't get any better. If you're new to raw: just give it a try. You'll likely never go back, and be all the stronger and healthier for it.
