I cannot purchase collar bacon where I live. The bacon was delicious and two packs disappeared within days. Excellent service, well packed. Definitely recommended.
The product was excellent and the final result was better than expected.
Supplied in thin cut slices. Because i wanted to explore the application of using quaniale in the traditional spaghetti carbonara ala Roma, i preferred the product unsliced to allow me to slice and then dice the product into cubes thus allowing a larger cube to render and add to the sauce.
