I don't know a lot about unpasteurized milk so this might be common, but it arrived 2 days before it's use by date... obviously 2l of milk is quite a lot to use it 2 days. I froze one and kept the other. That being said, it's absolutely delicious and probably the best milk I've tasted. Just be sure you get the right amount so none goes to waste.

Cooked in slow cooker for 8 hrs on low in slightly thickened stock with veg and wine: it was the best bit of slow cook meat I've had for ages: taste was exquisite, so tender but without totally falling apart.

Excellent service and communication from Kimbers. I know Hurdlebrook are in the process of converting to organic - hallelujah - and the flavour seems to have changed somewhat (I have been buying their lovely unpasteurised cream and milk for sometime) so I will reserve judgment on that. But it is still the best I have found,
So good, I'm telling everyone I come into contact with about it. I buy 17 2 litre bottles per week for a reason. I live off it with no ill effects. Its just that nutritionally complete and satiating.
