Good pieces and tasty. Only concern was that the animals they came from seemed to be of very different ages. One piece was very pink, like the milk veal you find in Italy and France, two "standard" rose veal, one seemed almost beef.
Not the cheapest fillet around but great quality, really melt in the mouth.
