Fabulous.Rubbed skin with olive oil,salt and black pepper.Cooked at 180c for 2hrs 15 minus.Wacked temp up to 200 for 25 minus.Best crackling ever.Pork scored to perfection.Pandemic crackling and the meat was tender and so tasty

All arrived perfectly chilled and packed . The veal osso bucco was so tender, have yet to try other cuts purchased but expect them to be of same high quality .
