My husband preferred it heated up in meals and he said each time that it is the best cheese he has ever had. I had it raw with crackers and enjoyed it, nice and creamy. It is very strong and has an earthy kind of aroma too.
Excellent well-marbled Rib of Beef with an excellent flavour. Coated with English Mustard, cooked for 10 hours low and slow then at a slightly higher temperature to ensure the Maillard reaction and flavour. Superb delivery and the best online meat suppier in the UK.

In the freezer so haven't tried yet. We have an excellent local butcher from whom we have bought faggots for the last 30 years, but always nice to try a new one. Will have to reserve judgement for now
Was a bit disappointed with the veal sirloin, had never tried one before and expected it to be like a beef sirloin steak but was a lot more chewy. Wasn't what we expected so won't be buying this again
