Flash fried after marinating in Korean Sauce. Was tender and tasty.

A great treat for a Sunday roast, served with roasted carrots and parsnip. Flavoursome meat roasted on the bone. Once the lovely fat had rendered, I skimmed and used for greasing Yorkshire Pudding tins. Topped off with gravy made from the meat juices, mint sauce and new potatoes, just delicious.
Yummy crackling and tender, tasty pork when roasted nice and slow.
Bacon just like my father used to have he certainly enjoyed it !

Much thicker than I anticipated. Marinated for 6 hours before cooking them. Great flavour and so tender
