Fantastic Ham Hocks from Kimbers. It is so difficult to source hocks during summer months or any time that isn't Christmas. I ordered 5 ham hocks, they were reasonably priced, i only paid one p&p for all 5 hocks. They were delivered on time and well protected. I immediately cooked one of the hocks, fantastic! Meat falls off the bone, well smoked, wonderful taste. The stock made soup and stews for a week. Highly recommended, you can remove the rind before cooking if you want to, i left it on for the great soup stock it made. My go-to farm for ham hocks.

Have used this joint slow cooked in the aga and had for Sunday lunch very tasty ,also had remainder cold next day it was very tasty even when cold!

Love this mixed minced meat option - have used the beef in a Hotpot and the lamb in a Mousakka so far, and plan some Creamy Coconut and Sriracha Meatballs using the turkey mince this week. A great mix to have in the freezer!
This was the best fillet steak I've eaten in a long time - melted in the mouth - and so full of taste. Luckily I have 4 more steaks from this fillet in the freezer to enjoy later! Highly recommended.
