Very happy with the milk although delivery was to high but that was expected. I worried about trying the milk I read mixed reviews on it but I’m glad I did and I had no issues .. might buy some more soon

It was such a pleasure to cook and used to make an authentic carbonara. It was rich and flavoursome and we look forward to ordering again!
Unfortunately, this product couldn’t be used. We went to use and there was a rotten smell that came from the package when we opened it. We checked the sell by date and it was still within the window. Didn’t want to leave a 1 star because the rest of our order was excellent and it could just be down to bad luck. We would order again to try them properly.
We have been trying to find a butchers that does guanciale for a while, thought we had found somewhere and ordered it and it was unavailable. But then I found Kimbers farm shop and they had such a quick turnaround we got to make the lovely meal we had planned for the weekend.
Used to get calves liver at lidl but not lately. These were great pan fried 3 or 4 minutes each side. So much better than lambs liver. Worth the money ? if you've got it
I've ordered these abroad but have always found it difficult to get them in the UK. So first time in my kitchen and they were fantastic

This liver was gorgeous. No tubes or unwanted bits. Made liver, onions + bacon which was a great meal.
The beef made a flavoursome stew. It was not fatty + was very tender.
Lovely flavour of passion fruit, zingy + not too sweet.
This streaky bacon was the best ever. Not full of water + beautifully smoked
