~I slice them in half,length ways,and remove as much of the small (fat/tissue) piece.Fry them quickish and have on toast.Lovely taste and a magic lunch or supper.

Great service, arrived on time. Used for pheasant crumble recipe which went down very well. Three pieces of shot found which worried me slightly, but apart from that, delicious!
