We have loads of other products we ordered to try but this was what we prepared this weekend. We did them with a mustard, thyme and rapeseed marinade, served with pickled blackberries, celeriac puree and roasted olive oil sliced skin-on potatoes.

Fantastic Tomahawk steak, excellent value. Cheaper than other online butchers, but surpassed them in terms of quality. Thick, well aged, full of flavour and more than enough for three hungry people with wnty to spare!
Meaty ribs, perfect for a dry rub, then slow roasted until perfectly tender and served with a chilli bbq sauce......you could almost be in Texas!
Really incredible quality meat! The flavour is so good, I made some burgers and cooked rare they were beautiful. I’ll be ordering again as I don’t think I could go back to supermarket mince after this.
