Boned chicken, cut into good bite size pieces, marinated in Tikka Masala paste, yogurt & spices for 2 hrs, then oven roasted, served between Roti bread, with copped salad & minted lime yogurt dressing, Chicken was so tender it melted in the mouth. Will definitely buy again best chicken ever!

So tasty and tender, layered between Celtic Potato cakes, apple puree, then topped with crisp Pancetta & tempura of sage, accompanied by oven roasted kale, sweet carrots & pork jus - delicious the pork made the dish, will definitely buy again, best tenderloin ever.
Great service and delicious ham
1. The quality of the goose was very good and it was quite well cleaned with plenty of fat which we like to have. 2. Ideally we would have preferred a slightly heavier goose (we ordered 6-7kg and received just over 6.0kg). 3. The goose was well packaged but there were only a few very small freezer blocks in the box, there should really have been more to keep the goose cold in transit.
The first time we'd had duck on Christmas day and this was superb.
