Spare rib joint. Roasted for Sunday lunch. Great flavour and succulent meat. Fabulous crackling. Plenty of fat on the joint for roasting potatoes. Will reorder for sure.

Finding pigs kidney locally is nigh on impossible so to find an on line site, so easy to use and convenient was a joy. My order arrived on the date requested and the kidneys were cool and in perfect condition. One steak and kidney casserole later - one very happy customer!

I haven't been able to buy this for years. Simmered in onions and milk, thickened with cornflour, delicious. Next time I'm going to use an old Elizabeth David Italian recipe. economical and delicious
I love these just as trotters - simmered for 80 minutes or so, most bones removed, covered with buttered crumbs and grilled - yum yum
One of many cuts of offal which are so difficult to find at s-called butchers in my area.
Perfect roasted for marrow and then the bones go into the stockpot. Very good value

The steak was well cut and trimmed but tough. The joint would benefit from a lengthier period of hanging or aging on the bone before it is broken down into steaks or roasting pieces.
Only down side some of the membrane was visible - so It had not been fully removed before slicing. Still as good though
