I bought this for Easter Sunday, and was a little worried about cooking time; so I did it slow (in foil) for a long time (2.5 hours). I needn't have worried because it was a joy to eat. I don't usually like the fat, but this had such soft and melting fatty areas, I ate more than was probably good for me. Even the grandchildren loved the meat - usually they are rather picky. I will certainly get another when I have the next big family meal.
This is the finest Black Pudding known to humanity. So good that I no longer bother to buy it except from Kimbers. Especially good, breakfast of Scrambled Eggs on top of a couple of slices of Black Pudding. Perfect. Love the great lumps of pig fat!

Coming from Africa some of us eat cows Feet .I realise it it not up everybody's street. All the more for me. It makes for fantastic stew. Can be eaten with Rice. I eat it with Grits or Sudza as we call it .put in onion plenty tomatoes hot chillies Yum .About an hour . These veal feet were delicious. I will certainly be back.
Bought for a family Easter roast. It was absolutely the tastiest succulent lamb ever. Went down so well with the entire family. Truly superb whole leg of lamb. Most definitely will order again. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.
