Well packaged and well chilled
Soaked in large bucket for 24 hrs, water changed 3 times yet joint after boiling and roasting still was very salty.

The melted marrow-fat has, among other things, been superb spread on Toast, with a smear of Marmite 'XO'

V. tasty, but I was mistakenly expecting it to be 'en sa robe' - which might have been even tastier.
A Tender and sweet alternative fo Beef Rump Steak (my favourite): cooks in no time.
...I've still not caught Brucellosis let alone TB from using this proper milk
