Some communication issues re my email to change delivery day apparently went astray, but worked out ok.
Even with my experience, they were not easy to prep an remove membrane. OK for me, but some may find too chewy.
As a butcher with 40 yrs in food trade, this is the best pre prepped steak I have ever bought. Near perfectly trimmed, de-grissled, even thickness throughout. A delicious steak, Faultless!
Made into mutton saag. Cooked for 3 hrs but just delightful
