Never had pigeon before, so found a recipe whereby it was simply seared and served with bacon, spinach and mushrooms. It was delicious Good value for a top product
Ordered 2 of these loins, but arrived in one piece which was better for us. Used 2/3 to make a Venison Wellington for Christmas lunch and it was superb. It served 8. The meat was lean and very tasty. Have frozen the remaining section for another time.
Excellent flavour but meat content too high for my taste prefer far more rusk!
It turned up on time, was perfectly packed, cooked as per the instructions and was great tasting. The gravy made from the juices of just the crown (and maybe helped by truffle infused butter) was sublime. Once the turkey dries out in the Friday a little, it absorbs a curry sauce really well. It's almost as much of a tradition as the Xmas day meal.

Quality goose delivered exactly when they said. First time having goose, really impressed with it. Will definitely be purchasing more meat from Kimbers farm if the goose is anything to go by ????
Arrived on time, excellently packaged. Probably the best pork I’ve ever eaten. Tender juicy and excellent crackling. Unfortunately I didn’t take a photo of the cooked joint. Will definitely definitely buy again.

I can reccommend this cut, very succulent with lots of crackling.
Although the joint I bought had lots of crackling, it was good to have some extra. Be careful how you cook it though, it burns easily
As always the gammon joint was superb. It’s such great quality and is hugely popular in our house over Christmas. I’ve had this for a few years now and doubtless will return again next year. Highly recommended
