Ordered for a large family get-together. Originally a 6.5kg bird but not available so contacted by Kimber and agreed to a 5kg plus turkey breast. Both very good quality. Delivered to a different location and arrived early in the morning.

Just good quality food just like we used to get 70 yrs ago (abet a little more expensive!)
So much better that the usual Pannier (Indian) cheese. Ideal when added to a Spinach and Cheese Curry. Will buy again.
Rubbed in Spices, Yoghurt, Lime Juice and red (beetroot powder) food colouring and roasted in a wood fired BBQ. Lovely tasty bird which did the extended family proud. Will certainly repeat.
Added to bulk out a Mutton curry. Excellent.
Slow cooked in a curry and enjoyed by all with Naan bread

Had a couple which were slow cooked with spices and then added to a curry.
Each "500g fillet" of venison backstrap was slightly heavier than ordered, so excellent value and most importantly it was tender and tasty served as a wellington.
