Offal isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but this liver is exceptional when prepared properly. Tender, tastefull and mild flavour for liver, highly recommend.
Amazing quality meat! I bought the 1.5kg and it came rolled up perfectly ready for a long roast. I slow roasted it for 8 hours and it came out beautifully, delicious and falling apart. Can’t wait for more!

Pasta sauce is made from this milk. So creamy and tasty. Makes a lovely cuppa and is just as good on its own.
