I just want to say that the pork belly was absolutely sensational and the best I have ever tasted! Lots of lovely meat and not too much pointless fat like in the supermarket. Roasted it for 2 hours and the crackling was also superb. Enjoyed it with the apple sauce also bought from you, a lockdown treat! I chose kimbers farm after looking at a number of online butchers and selected you due to the excellent reviews and also due to the fact you had Gloucester Old Spots which I have heard are delicious. I also bought the same sausages off you, brilliant as well.

Full of flavour for my sausages! Also best pork belly I have ever had.
As I was ordering mixed game packs, I thought I would try these sausages as well. They got a "thumbs up" from the family. Very tasty and meaty! They arrived well packed in a cool box. Excellent service!
Every year, I make a selection of game pies and casseroles for the festive season using locally sourced meat. This year, I struggled to find it locally so thought I would chance on-line buying. So glad I did because the mix of game from Kimbers was perfect! It arrived in its own cool box and still very chilled. Shall definitely be ordering again.
