Delivery as scheduled really fantastic taste, better than a restaurant.
Being the first time to order fresh meat via the internet, we were a bit apprehensive as to how it would be packaged and the quality of the meat when it arrived however, these thoughts vanished soon after we placed the order. We were kept very well informed of every step of progress, told exactly when we would receive the order, which it did. The meat was extremely well packaged and most of all, it was fresh and very tasty. We would not hesitate to order other items from this company and recommend it to our friends - Well Done !!!
Don't be scared of what it is - once cooked this is one of the best meats - and a very green way of eating the whole animal as there is minimal waste.
Just remember to cut in half and take out sinue. Lovely in the slow cooker with a good glug of quality red wine or sherry.

For the first time in 51 years we were unable to celebrate our anniversary in a restaurant. So we replicated the meal we had last year and Kimber's veal was amazing!!
