Ordered this for a beef stew, it arrived on the specified day, well packaged. The meat was lean, with not a lot of fat that needed trimming off. Very tasty after slow cooking. I would definitely buy from Kimbers again.

I haven't tried it just yet, but based on packaging and ingredients, it looks like it could be tasty. Will try it with the sausages I bought from this supplier.

Loved it! Made a lovely Veal Marsala dish and it was succulent and very delicious. I would recommend this.
Lovely tender, good quality meat at a very competitive price. I made Portuguese Carne Assada ( a traditional Azorean braised beef dish) with this lovely meat and it was stupendous! I would buy this again.

I love collar bacon but its very hard to get now so I was pleased when I found Kimbers do it. This is not a complaint btw so dont take offence but as its quite dear for a 250g pack ( I bought 5 packs) plus postage it would be nice if they did a larger pack 1kg for example to keep packaging costs down...I would certainly be buying this bacon more if they did. Delivered frozen. Have not eaten it yet but the meat looks a lovely colour and a nice mix of different game.
Made a lovely pheasant casserole. Delivered frozen - once defrosted the meat was very tender and nice and fresh (not too gamey!). Definitely buy again
First time I have purchased this from Kimbers and very pleased. Wonderfully tender (melt in the mouth) and made our venison Wellington a real treat. I did not realise it would be delivered frozen but that was fine. Generous in size at just over 600g. Highly recommend
Big, lean chunks of tender meat, delicious in a casserole.

Delicious, just like the pork we used to have from our own Gloucester Old Spots years ago. Really tender and great flavour, just the right amount of fat and skin made excellent crackling. Will be buying this again 100% recommend
