I don't usually use so much kidney but I'm glad I took the plunge and used it all in my latest pudding. Was not as overwhelming as I thought it would be. Lovely pud. Would definately buy again.
These are a firm favourite with my family. Proper sausages with a succulent flavour and no gristly bits at all. We love them!

I bought far too big a piece as this did not 'shrink' much nor was it fatty. It was delicious beyond description. Some friends were visiting from the Welsh countryside and agreed that this meat was second to none.
My turn to make beefburgers, with my homemade rolls. I cooked them fast, so the inside was close to rare, but nicely warm. Almost melted in my mouth! Best burgers so far and pure beef.
Just enough smoke to taste but not overpower. Nice balance of fat to meat, quite a thick slice and so nice to have the rind still attached! Another repeat buy, but not quite the same as US streaky which is cut a little thinner
I buy this for them as a treat, and it goes very fast - great addition to packed lunch. a repeat buy for us!
I am from Manchester originally, so familiar with black pudding, and most of them contain cereal. Yours is amazing, rather fragile to cook (so I aim to practice) but worked well with the burger - definitely will buy again

Used it in bolognaise, chili, tacos, stuffed peppers and meatballs. Always good, a little fat to bring out the flavour, so I don't add too much oil/butter in the pan before cooking.
My daughter roasted the unrolled joint with seasoning, cloves and pineapple slices. It is the best ham we've had in UK since returning from USA. Will definitely be re-ordering this in the future.
I live in East Sussex and was very keen to find a goose for New Year. This proved impossible around here but when I contacted Kimber Farm Shop after Christmas they arranged for me to get it the day before New Year. Thank you

Excellent quality duck, fantastic flavour and plenty of meat.
I have cooked a lot of gammon in my lifetime but this one was by far the tastiest. Didn't dry out and the meat had a sweet taste to it. Will absolutely buy again.

Thoroughly enjoyable
Although I don't eat red meat, my family seemed to really enjoy it. It was very tender when I sliced it but that's all I can say as obviously not tasted it.
